Yes it was. Got 5 out of 79 votes.
Also, you guys gotta think ahead on this. If it becomes a reroll on armour, then it will look like something you do after the hit and not while you hit, and people will start demanding IGMEOY and a ref roll to be associated with it since it will then be pretty much a foul.

You don't? The guy makes a block and doesn't pass armour. Then he piles on and make another armour roll. That's fouling all right. That comment is bound to come up at least once a week on this board if the skill gets changed that way, and some people will probably even make it a crusade to get it linked to the ref.

Okay, earlier in the thread I posted stats about using PO as RR on the Av. Here are the figures.
As you can see the reroll is weak against the high Av teams - which is where the current PO really helps out.
In fact I can't really see the point of taking this as anything other than a 3rd or 4th skill. Once you've got MB & Block it may be useful, but really your odds aren't very good for the downside.
Using PO before the Av roll works fine. Its still a powerful skill, but isn't broken.

Code: Select all
AV 7 8 9
Normal 0.417 0.278 0.167
MB 0.583 0.417 0.278
Reroll 0.660 0.478 0.306
S5 PO 0.972 0.917 0.833

I love the armor reroll idea. I even like Zombies interpretation of it. Fail to break armor, drop on the sucka an roll again. Whether or not it gets broght up here time and again has no bearing on wether anything is broken or not. Some people just like to complain, some like to discuss, some argue. Others, like Zombie, like to try and tell the future. I don't care. I'll play the rules, interject when I feel like it and just roll my eyes at all the times Zombie predicts the future posts of our little community here.

Well... it is fouling. Piling On isn't legal. But that's pure fluff and you can work the fluff angle any way you want.Zombie wrote:Yes it was. Got 5 out of 79 votes.
