I felt the chaos DP and fouling caused in pre-IGMEOY leagues and I'm very tenative about the SSP's for fouling, yet some of my favorite players in pro sports and blood bowl are terrible foulers (eddie shore, chuck cecil, john hopoate), a team fouler is CERTAINLY a star player and should get something for his effort. Hell during the 80's the only reason people watched the GB packers was to see Cecil spear someone and come off with a bloody nose bridge.
